RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We cannot please everyone, so we offer refunds within the first 30 days of purchasing some eligible items. 

​

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

Items eligible for a refund include:

  • Books

  • Clothing

  • Stationary

​

Digital downloads and email programmes are not eligible for refunds, due to the immediate access to these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be offered for any coaching or training programmes or services provided. 

 

If you terminate a coaching programme at any time, you will be charged a single session rate for any sessions received up until that date.
